What is whistleblowing?
Our whistleblowing hotline has been established to receive reports related to misconduct, violation of compliance rules and codes of conduct, corruption, fraud, harassment, embezzlement, theft, health and safety violations, cover-ups, and nepotism, which will be directed to our governing body for review.
Who may use the hotline?
The hotline is available for use by all stakeholders associated with our organization.
What will happen after I file the report?
The Governing Body will review the report. If misconduct is indicated, appropriate actions will be taken to address the issue.
Will my identity remain anonymous?
Yes, confidentiality is strictly upheld. While we require you to provide your identity for proper processing of your report, it will remain confidential, and we will not disclose it to PT Mount Scopus Indonesia without your permission.
How is my personal data handled?
Your data will be deleted in the following instances:
- Upon request from Canary's client
- At the end of the contract between Canary and our client
- Upon request by the whistleblower if personal data was provided
Is there any reward for whistleblowers?
No, there is no reward for reporting an issue.
Can I follow up on my report?
Yes, whistleblowers can create an account to follow up on their report and add any information. You can also communicate with the whistleblowing team via this interface.
